About the Author
Doris Siksek Muna is an energy healing practitioner, consultant and international instructor. She is the founder of Dorothea Healing Essences. A member of the Touch for Health Kinesiology Association of America as a certified practitioner and instructor. Doris started using energy healing 20 years ago on friends and family and later started her practice. Doris uses a combination of the three systems of energy healing: the meridian system, the chakra system, and flower essences including remedies from nature.
Dorothea Healing flower essences were a product of a long love with the flower and plant kingdom that led her to study horticulture, become an herbalist, a florist, study aroma therapy and use essential oils in body healing products. Doris spiritual journey and energy healing opened the way to receive information on flower essences which she uses in her practice and teaches workshops on their application. Doris is a medical intuitive, and uses all aspects of energy to analyze a situation, including Touch for Health, Flower essences, Pranic healing, Paramitas, Herbs, Essential oils, and Feng Shui.

Well Worth Reading!!!!

Before I started reading The Triangle of Health: Discover Your Healing Journey, I was frankly concerned that I would not understand the book, or even if I did, it would have little relevance for me. Thankfully, both of these concerns were unfounded.
The author effectively communicates in a logical, thoughtful and casual style the theoretical, as well as practical methods of various forms of diagnosis and treatment. What makes the book particularly compelling is that the author shares with us her journey in successfully dealing with personal medical challenges. As a result of this discovery, she became even more understanding and compassionate for those who face pain, whether emotional or physical, on a daily basis.
Self help books often promote a single "miracle cure" for all that ails us. The exact opposite applies to this book. The author guides us through a blend of holistic approaches for physical, mental and spiritual well-being. After reading this book, readers cannot help but become introspective in a constructive manner about chronic and nagging issues.
The author is clearly confident about her beliefs. Her passion for helping others jumps out of the book. She was born to be a natural healer.

Outstanding!

What I liked about The Triangle of Health was its emphasis on the separation of symptoms and root causes. Alternative healing is focused on dealing with the root causes of ailments.
The author makes it clear that medications "often temporarily eliminate symptoms, but pose long-term challenges." I find this so true!
Finally, the three systems of healing (Chakras, Meridians, Flower essences) complement and support each other. It is triangulation: triple checking the symptoms and the results.
The Triangle of Health is an excellent primer to all fields of alternative and energy healing.

an easy and interesting read

I have always been curious about alternative healing but felt that there was so much out there, and that it all seemed conflicting. In this book Doris Muna brings together and draws parallels between different modalities and explains them in an uncomplicated and interesting way. And the tips at the end of the book are fun to implement! A very good read for anyone interested in energy healing and how it impacts our lives.
